Picture yourself training on an open aerial deck with gorgeous views of the breathtakingly beautiful Costa Rican valley and famous Diamante Falls, with the sounds of birds chirping and howler monkey’s chit catting around you all while looking and feeling beautiful, learning some spectacular new aerial moves and uncovering your creative power on the fabrics. Set in the beautiful Costa Rican jungle at the epic and famed Airborne Arts retreat site which is set in a secluded tropical destination with amazing views of Costa Rica's tallest waterfalls and hundred mile views of mountains, valleys and ocean the southern coast is famous for. A paradise surrounded by rainforest, tropical animals, toucans, parrots and butterflies. You will leave with a new found sense of confidence, some bad ass aerial skills and tricks and adventures and memories that will last a lifetime!
This retreat will focus on adding dance elements, style and flow to your aerial repertoire. We will work on creating beautiful shapes, sequences, drops, spins and combinations that flow seamlessly together as well as creating graceful and seamless entries and exits into your aerial movements, stage performance techniques, how to use your music correctly, connecting with your audience and how to bring out your full creative power and create and choreograph your own routine with the uniqueness and style. There will be a small show at the end of the retreat for those who would like to perform…You will also receive professional photos of yourself showing off your new found aerial skills in a gorgeous tropical setting.
Alongside the workshops and classes there will be additional activities and trips included to give you the opportunity to explore and experience the culture.

7 nights shared accommodation in a gorgeous natural wood aerial studio guest room, which overlooks breathtaking views of waterfalls and the valley.

Daily intensive 2-3 hour aerial silks & aerial hammock classes in a 20 X 40 foot open-air aerial deck with 20-25 foot ceilings with a view of Diamante Falls and the valley.

Beach excursion - in heart of the Costa Rican rainforest along the shores of Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast in Dominical, where the mountains meet the warm sea.

Waterfall hike to one of Costa Rica’s most beautiful waterfalls - Nauyaca falls - Costa Rica has plenty of stunning waterfalls but probably the most spectacular are the Nauyaca. Set in the tropical rainforest, with two sets of falls measuring a combined 61 meters (200 feet) tall and a large natural pool for swimming, Nauyaca is the ideal place, not only for those in search of tranquility and nature, but also for adventure and excitement lovers.

Aerial Studio Guest Room - co-ed dorm 5 beds, 1 bath. Immerse yourself in nature by sleeping in our gorgeous natural hardwood aerial studio guest room, with breathtaking views of the Baru valley.
